Ashton Kutcher is furious with “Star” magazine for running a story about him cheating on his wife, Demi Moore. “Star” says an eyewitness saw Ashton with a hot blonde pinned agaisnt the wall and he was totally making out with her. But Ashton shot back at “Star” the best way he knows how…on Twitter. He tweeted, “STAR magazine – you don’t get to stand behind ‘freedom of the press’ when you are writing fiction.” And then he wrote, “I think Star magazine calling me a ‘cheater’ qualifies as defamation of character. I hope my lawyer agrees.” Demi showed her belief in her hubby by reTweeting him. And then she posted pictures of her in a bikini to prove that even at 47, Ashton has no reason to cheat on her.

Taylor Momsen loves talking trash about other singers. But she messed with the wrong girl when she opened her mouth about Rihanna wearing leather. As soon as Rihanna caught wind of it, she tracked down Taylor’s number and called her up personally to tell her to back off and act her age. I don’t know if the words “or I will cut you” were used or not, but let’s pretend she did because it makes the story even more fun.

Paris Hilton has been officially banned from two resorts on the Las Vegas strip. After she was arrested last Friday for cocaine possession, the Wynn and the Encore resorts decided they didn’t want her kind around there, and they confirmed to “People” magazine that Paris is no longer welcome. They also fired Paris’ boyfriend who was also arrested on drug charges. Sources say that even though Paris was acting casual about the arrest right after it happened, she is literally freaking out. She and her boyfriend Cy Waits — who was also arrested on drug charges — are holed up at her house in LA.

LA County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard about 10:30 last night and guess who was inside? T.I. and his bride Tameka! What a nice surprise! But the deputies smelled something awfully strange and guess what else they found? Marijuana! And some other drugs speculated to be meth and/or Ecstasy. And guess who’s out on probation after doing seven months on federal weapons charges? T.I.! So those two were hauled off to jail for booking. They were released on bail about 4:00 this morning.

A website called AbsurdtoSublime.net claimed they got their information from an “unimpeachable source” that Teresa Giudice’s husband Joe is dating a woman named Tara G. But Teresa told PopEater.com in an exclusive interview that this information is “totally false.” She says, “Trust me. Joe gets enough love IN our marriage. He doesn’t need to look anywhere else. Unlike Danielle, I know how to keep a real man happy!” Teresa believes Danielle is this “unimpeachable source” and throws in, “She’s pathetic and has way too much time on her hands.” She did not address the rumor that Joe fathered a child with this Tara G person.

This guy in Bulgaria wants to have a sex change operation so he can complete his transformation into Lady Gaga 2.0. Penio Daskalov has been living as a woman for some time now. He even tricked the other roomies on the Bulgarian version of “Big Brother” into thinking he was a woman. But now he wants to go all the way with this thing and have a full sex change AND cosmetic surgery to make himself look just like Gaga. He thinks it will help launch his music career. Penio says he’s already been in contact with Gaga’s management and expressed an interest in doing a duet with Gaga. He’s still waiting to hear back on that one.

Sources say there is no love lost between “Gossip Girl” costars Leighton Meester and Blake Lively. Leighton “allegedly” is extremely jealous of Blake, saying that she’s become an egomaniac who looks at her time on the set as “slumming” And Blake “allegedly” has started ignoring Leighton. Things have gotten so bad, Leighton even asked producers to kill off her character! When asked about the catfight, Blake’s rep said, “Blake and Leighton have never been best friends and never professed to be. Blake goes to work, does her job, and goes home.” So she’s basically admitting that the two of them hate each other’s guts.

Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer has sent her dad Michael a cease-and-desist letter ordering him not to sell her personal property. According to RadarOnline.com, Michael’s been selling Lindsay’s handwritten diary entries from her rehab stint in 2007. Lindsay says she had no idea her dad even had the diary and never gave him permission to sell or distribute what’s in it.

No surprise to anyone that Bethenny Frankel is leaving “The Real Housewives of New York.” She says last season was “scary and painful” so she rejected Bravo’s offer to come back for season 4, which starts filming September 20. Besides, her spinoff “Bethenny Getting Married?” had the highest rated debut for a new Bravo show, so they’re happy with her staying put on her new show.

During the “RHONJ” reunion special, it seemed rather odd that Teresa got SO upset when Danielle accused her of not acknowledging her nephew. After all, Danielle’s said FAR worse than that. But that comment sent Teresa into a blind rage, so OF COURSE people started snooping around to see what was up with that. Well! The rumor is that Danielle hired a private investigator to snoop around on the other ladies and found out that Teresa’s husband Joe has a love child with his sister-in-law!!! So that would make Teresa’s husband’s baby her nephew!!!!!!! EEEEEEEK!
